Our new luxury home located next to Rosemary Beach is only 100 yards to beach. After a day at the beach relax in your own 18 x 36 heated pool surrounded by tropical landscaping. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner in the outdoor kitchen. Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room. Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one bedroom with two queen beds. Our bunk room has four bunk beds sleeping 8 people. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room. Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6 and a breakfast room/game table for four.
